If you have a socket wrench and super glue, just glue on the top on the caseback, wait for it to harden and then click on the wrench and slowly turn it to open. After it has come off, let the caseback and socket sit in acetone for a few . In any case, looking down into the watch you should have a few mm of space around the dial and should see a ring. The ring needs to be turned until it stops. Then you can gently turn the watch over and the movement should fall out into your hand.
The stem/crown is now the only thing, I guess, that holds the movement firmly in place in the case back. So I guess the next step is to some how open the back and then be able to remove the stem/crown by losening a screw or push down a small button. The movement is accessed through the dial side- I'd say leave that to a watchmaker, as the crown with the split stem need to be removed first, and then a special pump has to be used in order to increase the pressure, so that the crystal pops out. A crystal lift can be used as well, although it tends to leave marks on the crystal.
